The Problem
The company needed a total website redesign, and also wanted to migrate from its Magento platform. And for a company that goes great lengths to support its customers, losing information or content in the move was certainly not an option!
The Solution
A total reconstruction was in order, starting with a full migration from its legacy platform to Shopify Plus in order to unlock new features. Beyond a total creative redesign of the website, the Uncap team also implemented subscription capabilities (ReCharge) for easy, automatic customer re-orders, as well as email marketing technology (Klaviyo) for smarter, more personalized communications with its existing and potential customers.
